THE SCHOOL OF BREATHING COORDINATION
PRESENTS
A PREVIEW OF THE 2007-2008 TRAINING
FOR PRACTITIONERS AND TEACHERS
The workshop highlights the fundamental principles of Breathing Coordination, a definition of how the body is designed to breathe with maximum efficiency through minimum effort. Our work is based on the discoveries of Carl Stough, a pioneer in Respiratory Science. We will explain how these principles can be applied both to oneself and to others.
Included in the workshop:
- Personal exercises to enhance your own breathing, to expand your potential for health and well-being.
- Demonstration of how this work can be applied to others.
- Practice of Breathing Coordination exercises.
- Description of the training program requirements and curriculum outline.
